The backbone of any organization is not management but the staff who carry out the many tasks required of them with efficiency, skill and usually without complaint. They enhance the organization allowing for future growth with the provision of their assets yet in many cases they are unpaid and sometimes, due to neglect, may feel unappreciated. WebsAwards management is honored and privileged to be associated with the fine people listed below and thank them for joining with us as together we boldly step out into the future.

  • Aiko - Owner of and Evaluator for his own ( now closed ) ATGP award program that was rated AS! 4.0, WebsAwards 4.0, U.W.S.A.G 5.0, A.P.I.R.S 4.0 and F.R.I 4.0 and owner of Aiko Timmer's Geneology Page. Home country - Netherlands. Born in a small community called Vlagtwedde in the beautiful province of Groningen, Aiko has dedicated many years compiling the genealogy of his family plus offering extensive resource information to those who wish to build their genealogy information. Responsible for the technical well being of our Forum and web site as required.

  • Bill - owner of the Nautical Awards Program - rated Award Sites! 5.0 Elite, WebsAwards 3.0, U.W.S.A.G 4.0, F.R.I Award-Index 5.0, A.P.I.R.S 4.0, Wsaptronic 4.0, Diskus Award 4.0 and Palion Award Index 3.0. Home country - United States. Self taught in respect to web design, Bill gained much knowledge by applying for awards, listening to constructive feedback and implementing any necessary changes. Becoming fascinated by the Awards Community Bill began his own Awards Program in 2003 this becoming a major learning curve.
  • Craig - owner of the Transitional Designs Award - rated Award Sites! 3.0, WebsAwards 2.0 and A.P.I.R.S 4.0. Home country - United Kingdom. Craig first came into contact with the concept of web designing in early 2005 after returning to the UK from Australia and created his own web site later that year in August using Notepad. Wishing to research and master new technologies he bean learning new program applications such as Adobe PhotoShop CS9, SWiSH Max and Bryce 3D, all of which enabled him to let loose his creative imagination. During 2006 Craig created his own award program which opened later that year in October. From this time, he has become involved in the award community from where he has gained further web designing skills and knowledge for the future.
  • Dan - owner of the The Dove Award AP ( a section within the Keyboards for Christ Music Ministry ) - rated Award Sites! 3.5, U.W.S.A.G 2.0, A.P.I.R.S 3.0, B.E.I 7.0, A.W.A.R.D 3.0, Diskus Index 3.0 and F.R.I 2.0. Home Country - Hills of West Virginia, United States. Dan began working with computers in the late 70's traveling throughout the U.S. with a Commodore 64 for the Wurlitzer company introducing MIDI to their dealer network. Working in graphic design with Wurlitzer in presentations for trade shows, he authored product literature, owners manuals and worked with advertising and product development. His Internet love began as a hobby and soon designed several web sites including his own ministry which grew into a worldwide ministry. Dan has worked with major keyboard manufactures including Yamaha, and Technics. Dan retired as a national Concert Artist for Wurlitzer in late 80's and took a position as a music director and organist for a professional hockey team. After a near death experience in 2002 Dan's life took a new direction as he became a ordained youth minister. Dan has devoted his time and efforts to help other's in the Internet Community where he serves on several panels, he is author of several children's books and his passions are the Internet, people, music and digital photography.

  • Friedrich - owner of the Timelines Awardprogram - rated Award Sites! 4.5 Prime, WebsAwards 5.0, U.W.S.A.G 5.0 and AWARD 5.0. Home country - Germany ( Rhine Valley. ) Friedrich has gained experience in creating and designing web sites from 2003 to the present day and owns his own web site "Timelines" plus one other site. He completed the software tutorial for the PC "Driver License" in 2002 and has worked with the Microsoft Office Developer Kit, with Adobe Photoshop 7 including CS and with Macromedia Dreamweaver MX. His knowledge of the basics of HTML, web design and W3C accessibility were gained from reading special books and literature and from award givers who provided him with feedback.
  • Jerry - owner of the Smokin' Award™ AP - rated Award Sites! 5.0 Elite and WebsAwards 5.0. Home country - United States - For almost three decades Jerry has been working on computers with experience on almost every personal computer platform including Apples, Commodores, Amigas, Macs and PCs. His main expertise is in multimedia design and has done many multimedia presentations and electronic brochure work for a large number of companies including: ATT, Sharp, Mita, Lucent, Motorola, HP and Panasonic to name a few. His passion is railroad history, specifically on the Kishacoquillas Valley Railroad. He has written and published a book on the KVRR titled 'The Ol' Hook & Eye' and is the webmaster of an award winning web site under the same name. On the awards front he was a WECP graduate and has written articles for the Website Awards 'Ask the Experts' column - one of which was awarded Editor's Choice. He is also an evaluator for several other top rated award programs. ( On extended leave until June 1st, 2008. )
  • Tim - owner of Tim's Spider Awards - rated Award Sites! 5.0 Elite, World's Top Award, U.W.S.A.G Level 6.0, WebsAwards 5.0, Olymp Award Index Level 6.0, Eutoda A.F.A 5.0, F.R.I Award-Index Level 5.0, A.P.I.R.S 5.0 and Palion-Award-Index Level 5.0. Home country - Belgium. Tim has had six years experience in web site design. During this period he created over twenty web sites and managed a dozen. He is fluent in Macromedia Flash, Fireworks and Adobe Photoshop and hand codes his sites in the latest version of XHTML, CSS and JavaScript. Tim is, or has been an awards evaluator for 9 award programs - this having enabled him to improve his evaluation skills.
  • Tony - owner of Vie’s Inn of Wonders’ Awards - rated Award Sites! 5.0 Elite, World's Top Award, WebsAwards 5.0, U.W.S.A.G 6.0, A.P.I.R.S 6.0, F.R.I Award-Index 5.0 and B.E.I Founder Member. Home country - Belgium - Tony is a self-taught web designer whose award program has a main goal of awarding web sites displaying reflective content on the web this including not only outstanding looks and navigation, but more importantly, content that stimulates people to think about life and current situations in all its aspects.

On Staff with U.W.S.A.G, A.P.E.X and the Talking Hands Awards - member of W.D.D.A, The Ethics Pledge, The HTML Writers Guild', 'RIGHTS' and R.A.U, and associated with the International Webmasters Association, Rhonda has a special interest in ethics as related to award programs. Her award program is the culmination of many years of learning being self taught and includes one of the best evaluation teams available providing what is believed to be one of the most difficult awards to achieve at this time.

WebsAwards Staff Policy.

  • WebsAwards Management, at their discretion, may from time to time seek non WebsAwards members to join our evaluation team. This is directly in line with our policy of enlisting those with the skills of using both 'fuzzy logic' and lateral thinking - moving 'outside the square' as required to achieve well balanced, sound ethical solutions.
  • WebsAwards staff are voluntary giving up many hours of their time using their skills to provide services to applicants and members. Management has a zero tolerance policy in reference to their receipt of rudeness, abuse, coercion, email spamming etc. Any person proven to have indulged in such behavior against our Staff will be deemed ineligible for WebsAwards membership for a period of not less than one ( 1 ) year. Acceptance of any future application for Membership from persons indulging in such behavior will be at the discretion of WebsAwards Management.
  • It is, within WebsAwards, taken as read that we never expect from our applicants and / or members anything that Staff and Management cannot themselves provide therefore the above Policy is relevant to all at WebsAwards.
